You can delete your Mitletter account from the app (Settings), or use this page to send a signed email request to our support team. We use the address you registered with to verify ownership before deleting data.
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, sessions, reminders, vault records, draft responses, and stored source files associated with the account on our servers, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Some billing records may be retained for a limited period where the law requires retention (for example tax or fraud-prevention obligations). Active store subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play.
Export any data you need from the app first. Deletion cannot be undone.
If you only need help with access or billing, contact support — we can often resolve the issue without deleting your account.
